Dec Hogan has created a dynamic collection of flies for Targus. Some are Dec’s originals (or Dec’s interpretations of classics) and some are patterns that Dec felt we simply had to offer. “An elegant design that works right is what I desire in a steelhead pattern,” says Dec. Because this collection is a mix of originals and Dec’s personal recommendations, we have categorized them all under the “Dec Hogan Collection” or “DHC” for short.
