Growing up within walking distance of the Sacramento River and local bass ponds, Zack has fished nearly all his life. When not chasing wild steelhead or cranking away at the vise, Zack can be found on Northern California stillwaters. Zack’s flies are a reflection of his straightforward, “get on the water!” attitude. His patterns have a clean design sensibility, while still retaining that “spark” that makes them look good and work even better. Zack also has a fondness for the letter “Z” and the name “Zack’s.”
